Catskill Cabin, Hummingbird Suite #2 * * * * *

Everything I needed and expected for a very good price. Positive: Communication with the owner of the property was super fast. Location was perfect for travel to any part of the Catskills. The apartment met all my needs. Negative: Clients should simply know that the stairs to the apartment are a bit steep and narrow. I'm 73 and negotiated them ok but potential clients should keep that in mind.

Positive: One thing that I didn't see mentioned in other reviews was that the wifi was able to handle video calls with no issue, which was exactly what I was looking for. Otherwise - location great, good value for money, comfortable and spacious room. Lots of good hikes easily accessible. The yoga mats were a lovely and thoughtful touch. Negative: Very very minor point - there was some questionable parking going on despite the posts indicating where to park, so little bit more guidance as to parking spot boundaries would be the only thing. It wasn't a real issue, there was plenty of space, it was just a bit confusing.

Great location, quiet, very comfortable bed & friendly staff. Positive: Great location very close to Belleayre Mountain, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The space was quiet, spacious, and very comfortable throughout our stay. The bed was excellent memory foam and the ability to adjust the room temperature so easy via digital thermostate,made the stay for 3 days even more comfortable. A special thank you to Lourdes, the housekeeping manager, who was incredibly helpful and informative, and to Daniel, the owner, for the warm hospitality. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again when stars align. Negative: All good. Just wish there was dedicated dish rack.

Negative: Our only complaint was the fragrant smell of the sheets, blankets ! Towels etc . We would prefer it if unscented laundry detergent was used .

The room was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The little kitchen was very convenient and the bed was comfortable. Most of all, we liked how easy it was to get to Belleayre to ski! Daniel was very communicative and even helped me recover something I had left behind. Thank you!
